I've been doing a little thinking and decided some clarifications were needed.
Q- I want to join but I don't want to take part in every single exchange...
A- Don't worry. Joining the club doesn't necessarily oblige you to take part in every single exchange that takes place. If you want to take part, send us a note. By watching the club you will be informed when things come up, so please do if you feel you are interested in taking part in future exchanges!
Q- You gave me a number in the list at the bottom... does that have any significance to do with who I'll be paired up with?
A- Not at all. Keeping check of how many participants will be taking part in each exchange makes organizing this easier for us.
Q- How come you two (Rainne and Kitten) can take part? Won't you know who's drawing for you?
A- Not necessarily. We have worked out a system that allows each of us to not know who'll be drawing for us. This is a completely randomly generated, unbiased system.
Q- So how do I take part in a paticular exchange?
A- THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ONE-
Because watching the club does not necessarily oblige you to take part in every exchange that goes on, if you want to take part in a paticular one (Eg, April-May 08), SEND US A NOTE TELLING US YOU WANT TO TAKE PART. OTHERWISE, WE WILL NOT COUNT YOU IN.
Q- How do I let the person know my art is done for them?
A- Send them a note, with a link to the deviation. 
If you wish, you can note us and put your deviation up here- like any club, we WILL disable comments and link to your original- so everyone can see it!

A- Feel free to comment on this journal and ask us.
Themes
For each little exchange we have going on, to make things unique, we're going to have a theme! So for the latest one (April-May 08), the theme is spring! So try and base all your gifts on the theme of spring!
Hello all! Welcome to our club!
So we have a little project going on here, an exchange program! Basically, you will randomly be paired up to draw art for someone- and will be told secretly, (Please do not tell the person who you're drawing for!). Then, you can draw a picture for them! And someone will also be paired up to draw for you, but you won't know who it is!
We'll have a date which to apply by, and then by a RANDOM system, randomly generate who will draw for who. If you really are unsure of what to draw for your recepiant, note us and we'll ask them anonymously.
Please, however, avoid drawing anything extremely sexual or graphic- try to keep to a PG-13 level. Also, because this is an animal related club, we'd appreciate if you avoid drawing humans- furries are fine, but no catgirls or anything like that!
